Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the perfume must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original sealed packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any opened or used perfume bottles
- Items not in their original packaging/sealed condition
- Gift cards
- Discounted or sale items
- Personalized/custom orders
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund request.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
- If rejected (due to opened/used item or other policy breach), we will notify you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider—it may take time before the refund is posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges
We only replace perfumes if they are damaged during delivery or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {your email address} with proof of damage.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return (if eligible).
- If the gift was sent to the giver first, we will refund the giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please send it to: {your physical address}.
- You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For higher-value perfume orders, consider using a trackable shipping service or insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned under any circumstances.
